I would really love to be less stressed out and worried all the time. I worry CONSTANTLY. I worry about EVERYTHING. And I stress myself out over things I can’t change. I wonder why I have trouble sleeping. I’m going to have worry lines very soon. It’s just ridiculous.
I worry over money, over Dustin, over how fast I’m getting to customers. I stress over the temperature, over my pets, over how fast or how slow someone’s driving. I have a terrible time relaxing. Even when I say I’m going to relax I’m usually stressing about SOMETHING.
I really want to change this about myself. I am going to worry myself right into an early grave. I always say that I’m lucky I married Dustin because he’s so chill. However I feel like I’m pushing my stresses and worries onto him.
We only get one life. If I spend my life constantly worried then am I going to one day look back and realized I stressed about stupid things? I don’t want that.
Obviously I need to live the Jamaican way of life. No worries.
